United States shipping
Standard shipping is planned at $5.99. Orders of $45 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Delivery time begins after an order has been prepared and handed to the carrier.
Processing
Our sets are hand-finished in small batches. Processing estimates will appear at checkout when sales open. Seasonal launches and made-to-order styles may require additional preparation time.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, worn, applied or opened nail sets cannot be returned. When checkout opens, unused and unopened standard-size sets may be eligible for return within the period stated at purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement or resolution.
